1.General
The information on this website is published in good faith and for general information about the flights, hotels and tour packages we arrange. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current. It does not, however, constitute a warranty of any particular outcome, and it should be read alongside our Website Terms & Conditions, which govern any booking you make.
2.We are an agent, not the carrier
JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels is a travel agency. We arrange and book flights, hotel accommodation and tour packages. We do not operate aircraft, own hotels or run ground transport.
The airline operates your flight. The hotel provides your room. The operators named in an itinerary provide the ground arrangements. Those suppliers contract with you directly on their own conditions of carriage or booking terms, and the standard, safety and performance of the travel itself are theirs. Section 17 of the Terms sets out how liability is allocated between us in consequence.
3.Supplier-sourced information
Descriptions of hotels, room types, amenities, star ratings, meal plans, itineraries, timings and inclusions originate substantially from airlines, hotels and operators. Facilities can be closed for renovation, withdrawn seasonally or changed without notice to us — a pool closed for maintenance and a restaurant shut on Mondays are both common and both outside our knowledge until someone tells us.
Where you find something material to your booking described incorrectly, tell us and we will correct it and put your booking right or refund you under the Terms.
4.Prices and availability
Prices and availability shown on the site are live, drawn from airline and hotel systems shared with the rest of the market, and can change at any moment until a booking is confirmed. A displayed price is an invitation to book, not a guaranteed rate, and no price is held until the ticket or voucher is issued.
Where an obvious pricing error appears — a figure so far from the market rate that it could not reasonably be taken as genuine — we may decline to honour it and will refund you in full, as section 6 of the Terms provides.
5.Images and illustrations
Photographs of destinations, aircraft, hotels and rooms are illustrative. A room photograph shows a room of that type, not the specific room you will be allocated, and views, floor and furnishing vary within a category. Destination imagery is intended to convey a place rather than to depict a scheduled activity.
6.Travel documents and entry rules
We do not provide passport or visa services, and nothing on this website is advice on your entitlement to enter or transit any country. Obtaining valid travel documents — a passport with the validity your destination requires, plus any visa, permit or electronic authorisation applicable to your nationality and route — is entirely your own responsibility.
Requirements depend on your nationality, your route and the date, and they change without notice. Verify them with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government source before you travel. Being denied boarding or entry for a missing or invalid document is not a refundable event under any airline's fare rules.
7.Health, safety and travel advisories
Any general comment on this site about weather, seasons, local conditions, vaccinations or safety is background information and not professional advice. Consult a qualified medical practitioner about health requirements for your destination, and check the travel advisories issued by your own government before booking and again before departure.
Conditions at a destination can change after you book. Where they do, what can be recovered is determined by the supplier's terms and by section 18 of our Terms, which deals with events outside our control.
8.No professional advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, insurance or medical advice. Content about insurance is a recommendation to obtain cover, not a recommendation of any particular policy or insurer, and we do not sell insurance. Take independent professional advice where your circumstances need it.
9.Third-party links
This site and our confirmation emails link to airlines, hotels, payment partners and other organisations. Those links are provided for your convenience. We do not control the content, availability, accuracy or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of it. Once you follow one, that organisation's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
10.Availability of the site
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely or free of errors, and we may suspend access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. 11.Trade marks
Airline names, hotel brands, logos and other marks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the services being offered for sale. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners beyond our ordinary relationship as a booking agent.
12.Limits of this page
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have as a consumer. Where this page and the Website Terms & Conditions differ, the Terms prevail.
