Booking and payment
How do I pay for a booking?
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partners. When you confirm a booking you are taken to the payment partner's own secure page to enter your card or bank details. Those details are entered on their page, not ours, and are never stored on our servers.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The amount shown at checkout is what we collect: the fare or room rate, the taxes applicable at the time of booking, and our service fee. Nothing is added between the summary and the payment page.
Some charges are collected by the airline or hotel directly from you, later — baggage bought at the airport, a seat selected at check-in, a resort fee or a local tax due when you arrive. These are shown before you pay, but they are not part of the amount we take.
Why did the fare change while I was booking?
Airline and hotel prices are live inventory. A fare is only held once it is ticketed, so a price can move between the moment you searched and the moment you paid — occasionally down, more often up on a busy route. If it moves before payment we show you the new amount and ask you to confirm again rather than charging the difference silently.
My payment failed but money left my account. What now?
This is almost always a temporary hold rather than a completed charge, and it is released by your bank on its own — usually within 5 to 7 working days. No booking is created and no ticket is issued against a failed payment. Call +91 9177847799 with the date, amount and last four digits of the card and we will confirm what the payment partner recorded at our end.
Do I need an account to book?
You can search without one. An account keeps your confirmations, tickets and vouchers together under My Bookings, which is where the booking reference support asks for lives, so it is worth having before you travel rather than after.
Flights
When do I get my ticket?
Normally within a few minutes of a successful payment, emailed to the address on the booking and available under My Bookings. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first, then call us with your booking reference — occasionally an airline's system takes longer to return the ticket number.
How much baggage is included?
It depends on the airline, the route and the fare type. The cabin and check-in allowance is shown against each fare before you pay and repeated on your ticket. Low-cost fares frequently include cabin baggage only. Extra baggage is cheaper bought in advance from the airline than at the airport counter.
The name on my ticket is spelled wrong.
Tell us the same day if you can. Airlines treat the name on a ticket as fixed; most allow a minor spelling correction, sometimes for a fee, and some do not allow one at all — in which case the ticket has to be cancelled and reissued under its fare rules. The name must match the passport or photo ID you will travel on, so it is worth checking your confirmation the day it arrives.
The airline has changed my flight time. What should I do?
Schedule changes are the airline's decision and are outside our control. When the airline notifies us, we pass on the change and the options it has offered — usually accepting the new time, moving to another flight, or a refund under the airline's schedule-change rules. If it happens while you are at the airport, speak to the airline desk as well as calling us — they are the only ones who can rebook you there and then — and we will handle the paperwork that follows.
Do you do web check-in for me?
No — check-in is between you and the airline, and it opens on the airline's own schedule, typically 24 to 48 hours before departure. Use the airline's website or app with the PNR shown on your ticket.
Hotels
When is my room actually confirmed?
When you receive the hotel voucher, which is issued after a successful payment. Take it with you — printed or on your phone — along with photo ID for every adult guest. The voucher carries the confirmation number the hotel's front desk will look for.
What does "non-refundable rate" mean?
It means the hotel keeps the full amount if you cancel, at any point after booking, for any reason. Non-refundable rates are cheaper precisely because of that, and they are labelled before you pay. If your plans might move, book the flexible rate instead — the difference is usually smaller than the amount at risk.
Are meals and taxes included?
Whatever is included is listed on the rate before you book — room only, breakfast included, and so on. Some hotels, particularly outside India, collect a resort fee, city tax or tourism levy directly at check-in. Where we know of such a charge it is shown at booking, but it is set and collected by the property, not by us.
Can I request a specific room, a late check-in or an extra bed?
You can, and we will pass the request to the hotel with your booking. Requests are not guarantees: floor, view, bed type, connecting rooms, early check-in and late check-out are all at the property's discretion on the day. Anything you need rather than prefer — step-free access, a ground floor room, a cot — tell us at the time of booking so it can be confirmed with the hotel in writing.
Tour packages
What is included in a package price?
Every package lists its inclusions and exclusions line by line before you book — typically accommodation, the listed transfers, the listed sightseeing and the specified meals. If something is not on the inclusions list, it is not in the price. Personal expenses, optional excursions, tips and anything an itinerary marks as "on your own account" are always outside it.
Can a package be customised?
Usually — extra nights, a different hotel category, a different departure city, or a change to the sightseeing. Tell us what you want to change and we will re-quote. The price moves with the change, and the revised inclusions are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Will the itinerary change after I book?
The itinerary is planned to run as published, but sightseeing order and timings can be adjusted on the ground for weather, traffic, local closures, public holidays or safety. Where a listed activity cannot run at all, we arrange a comparable alternative or refund the value of that component. The overall standard of the package is what we hold to.
Is travel insurance included?
No. Package prices do not include travel insurance, and we recommend arranging cover for medical costs, trip cancellation and baggage separately before you travel.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Can I change my dates after booking?
Usually. A change costs the airline's or hotel's change fee, plus any difference between your original fare and the fare available at the moment we make the change, plus our service fee. We quote all three before touching the booking, and nothing is altered until you approve the quote. The fare difference is the part that grows with delay.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Most bookings can be cancelled. What comes back depends on the fare rules or hotel terms attached to what you booked, how close to departure you cancel, and the applicable service fee. Some promotional fares and non-refundable rates return nothing at all. We confirm the refundable amount in writing before processing the cancellation — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full mechanics.
How long does a refund take?
Three parties are involved. The airline or hotel releases the money, we process it, and your bank credits it. Once the supplier has released the funds to us, we process the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show the credit — commonly 5 to 10 working days. Airline refunds can take considerably longer to release, and that wait is the airline's, not ours. Quote your booking reference and we will tell you exactly which stage yours is at.
Can a refund go to a different card or account?
No. Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the booking. It is a requirement of the card networks and the payment partners, and it is also the thing that makes refund fraud difficult, so there is no exception to it.
Documents and travel requirements
Do you arrange visas or passports?
No. We book flights, hotels and tour packages only. Obtaining a passport, visa, permit or any other travel authorisation is your own responsibility, as is making sure it is valid for the whole journey.
What documents do I need to travel?
For domestic flights in India, government photo ID matching the name on the ticket. For international travel, a passport with the validity your destination requires — many countries insist on at least six months beyond your return date — together with any visa or entry authorisation that applies to your nationality and route. Health requirements, such as vaccination certificates, are set by the destination.
Check the requirements for your own nationality with the relevant embassy or official government source before you travel. Being refused boarding or entry for missing documents is not a refundable event under any airline's fare rules.
How early should I reach the airport?
As a general rule, two hours before a domestic departure and three before an international one, and more at large airports in peak season. Your airline's own advice on your ticket takes precedence over any general rule.
Your account and your data
What do you do with my passport and personal details?
We collect what a booking requires and share it with the airline, hotel or operator that needs it to issue your reservation — and with nobody else for that purpose. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card and bank details are entered on the payment partner's own secure page and are not stored on our servers. What we hold against a booking is the amount, the date, the status and a reference — enough to process a refund, and not enough to charge a card. Payment Security has the detail.
Someone claiming to be from JackpotsWorld asked for an OTP.
They were not us. We will never ask for a card PIN, a net-banking password, an OTP or a UPI PIN on any channel, and we will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or UPI ID. End the conversation and call us on +91 9177847799.
Still stuck?
If your question is about a booking you have already made, have the booking reference to hand and call — it is almost always one conversation.
