These terms govern your use of jackpotsworldtours.com and every booking you make through us. They are written to be read — please do read section 8, which explains why an airline's or hotel's own rules end up binding you, and section 17, which sets out the limits of what we are responsible for.
1.Who these terms are with
This website is operated by JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels, a travel agency constituted as a proprietorship with its place of business at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, contactable at support@jackpotsworldtours.com and +91 9177847799. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels; "you" means the person using the site or making a booking.
2.Accepting these terms
By using this website, or by making or paying for a booking through us, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you book for other people, you do so as their agent. You confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf, that you have given them the information we have given you, and that you are responsible for the payments due on that booking.
3.What we do, and what we do not
We are a travel agent. We arrange three things: flights, hotel accommodation and tour packages. We search availability, advise on options, make the reservation with the airline, hotel or operator, take your payment, issue the resulting tickets and vouchers, and service the booking afterwards.
We are not the carrier or the accommodation provider. The flight is operated by the airline. The room is provided by the hotel. Ground arrangements within a package are provided by the operators named in the itinerary. Those suppliers are principals in their own right, and the transport or accommodation contract for your journey is between you and them.
We do not provide any service other than the three named above. Anything not listed there is outside our scope, and any statement to the contrary made by any person does not bind us.
4.Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to make a booking. If you create an account, you must give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account until you have told us that.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, to abuse the booking system, or in breach of section 14.
5.Making a booking
Search results, quotations and displayed prices are invitations to book, not offers capable of acceptance. Airline and hotel inventory is live and shared with the rest of the market, so availability and price can change between your search and your payment. Where a price changes before payment, we will show you the new amount and ask you to confirm it again.
A booking is confirmed only when we issue the ticket, voucher or written confirmation for it — not when you submit a request, and not when a payment is authorised. If a booking cannot be confirmed after payment, for example because the fare or the room is gone, we will tell you promptly and refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method, without any deduction.
Check every confirmation the day it arrives. Names, dates, routes, times and room types must be exactly right, and errors are cheapest to correct immediately.
6.Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are quoted in the currency shown at the time of booking and include the fare or room rate, the taxes and surcharges applicable when the booking is made, and our service fee.
Certain charges are levied and collected by the supplier directly from you, and are not part of what we collect. These include baggage or seat charges purchased from an airline, and resort fees, city taxes, tourism levies and security deposits collected by a hotel at check-in. Where such a charge is known to us at the time of booking it is disclosed to you before you pay.
Taxes, statutory levies and surcharges may change between booking and travel by act of a government or a supplier. Where such a change is passed on to us and is legally chargeable to you, we will tell you before collecting it, and you may cancel instead of paying it under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If an obvious pricing error appears on the site — a price so far from the market rate that it could not reasonably be mistaken for genuine — we may decline to honour it and will refund you in full. We will not use this clause to walk away from an ordinary bargain.
7.Payment
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partners. Card, net-banking and UPI details are entered on the payment partner's own secure page and are not stored on our servers.
Full payment is required before a booking is confirmed, unless we have agreed a deposit and balance schedule in writing for a tour package. Where such a schedule applies, failure to pay the balance by the date stated entitles us to treat the booking as cancelled by you, with the cancellation charges in the Cancellation & Refund Policy applying.
Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the booking. We will never ask you for a card PIN, a net-banking password, an OTP or a UPI PIN; see Payment Security.
8.Supplier terms apply to you
Every flight, room and ground service you book through us carries the conditions of carriage, fare rules, tariff or booking terms of the airline, hotel or operator supplying it. Those terms bind you directly, and they govern baggage, boarding, denied boarding, no-shows, check-in and check-out, deposits, changes and cancellation charges.
We send you the material conditions with your confirmation. We cannot vary them, waive them or override them, and neither can any promise made to you by any person. Where a supplier's terms and ours differ on a matter the supplier controls, the supplier's terms prevail.
9.Your responsibilities
- Give accurate personal and travel document details, spelled exactly as they appear on the document you will travel on.
- Check every confirmation, ticket and voucher on receipt and tell us immediately about any error.
- Hold valid travel documents for the whole journey, as section 10 requires.
- Arrive for check-in and departure by the times stated by the airline, hotel or operator.
- Comply with the law of every country you travel to or through, and with the reasonable instructions of the airline, hotel or operator.
- Tell us at the time of booking about any medical, mobility or accessibility requirement that has to be arranged with a supplier, so it can be confirmed rather than assumed.
- Keep the contact details on your booking current, so that a schedule change reaches you.
10.Travel documents
Obtaining and holding valid travel documents is entirely your responsibility. That includes a passport with the validity your destination requires, any visa, permit or electronic travel authorisation applicable to your nationality and route, and any health documentation the destination demands.
We do not provide passport or visa services and give no advice on entitlement to enter a country. Requirements depend on your nationality and change without notice; verify them with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government source before you travel.
If you are refused boarding, transit or entry because a document is missing, invalid or does not match your booking, the booking is treated as a no-show under the supplier's rules. That is almost always non-refundable, and we are not liable for it or for any consequential cost.
11.Changes and cancellations
Requests to change or cancel are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: what you recover depends on the supplier's rules, on how close to travel the request reaches us, and on the applicable service fee; we confirm the amount in writing before processing anything; and refunds go to the original payment method.
Suppliers also change and cancel. Where an airline, hotel or operator alters or cancels a service, we will pass on the change and the options offered as soon as we are told, and help you take up whichever you choose. The remedy in that situation is the supplier's to give, and we do not underwrite it.
12.Tour packages
Each package is sold on the itinerary and inclusions list published for it. That list, together with the exclusions, defines what you are buying — anything not listed as included is excluded, including personal expenses, optional excursions, tips and items an itinerary marks as being on your own account.
Itineraries are planned to run as published. Sightseeing order and timings may be adjusted on the ground for weather, traffic, local closures, public holidays, operating hours or safety. Where a listed component cannot be provided at all, we will arrange a comparable alternative or refund the value of that component; we do not refund the whole package for the loss of one element that has been replaced with something equivalent.
Where a package is priced on shared occupancy, a change in the number of travellers changes the price per person, and a single traveller may incur a supplement. Minimum group sizes, where they apply, are stated at the time of booking.
13.Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in any price we quote, and we do not sell it. We strongly recommend that you arrange cover for medical expenses, repatriation, trip cancellation and curtailment, delay and baggage before you travel, and that you check that the cover extends to every activity in your itinerary.
14.Acceptable use of the site
You may use this website to search for and book travel for yourself and for people you are authorised to book for. You must not:
- Make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or bookings in anticipation of demand.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract content, fares or availability from the site, or use any automated means to access it other than a search engine indexing public pages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, any account other than your own, or any system connected to it.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or availability.
- Copy, reproduce or republish material from the site except as section 15 permits.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that infringes another person's rights.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site to anyone in breach of this section.
15.Content and intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logos, arrangement and software of this website are owned by or licensed to JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels and are protected by intellectual property law. The name and logo of JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels may not be used without our written permission.
You may view pages, and print or download extracts, for your own personal use in connection with a booking. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without our written consent. Airline, hotel and destination names and marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the services being sold.
16.Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep information on the site accurate, but descriptions of hotels, itineraries, images, amenities and schedules originate substantially from suppliers, and facilities can change or be withdrawn without notice to us. Photographs are illustrative. Where an error in a description is material to what you booked, tell us and we will put it right or refund you.
The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
17.Our liability
We are responsible for performing our own service — arranging, booking and servicing your travel — with reasonable care and skill. We are liable for loss you suffer as a result of our failure to do so.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of the airlines, hotels and operators who provide the travel itself. That includes delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, denied boarding, loss of or damage to baggage, the standard or condition of accommodation, and injury or loss occurring in the course of a service provided by a supplier. Claims of that kind lie against the supplier, under its conditions of carriage or booking terms and under the international conventions that apply to them. We will help you present such a claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment or loss of opportunity; and our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount of the service fee we charged you on that booking, together with any amount you paid us that we have not passed on to a supplier and have not refunded.
18.Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. This includes war, civil unrest, terrorism, riot, strike or industrial action, natural disaster, adverse weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, an act of any government or authority, airport or airspace closure, air traffic control decisions, the insolvency of a supplier, and the failure of public telecommunications or power networks.
Where such an event affects your booking, we will tell you promptly and help you obtain whatever remedy the supplier's terms provide. What can be recovered in those circumstances is generally determined by the airline, hotel or operator rather than by us.
19.Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell the supplier at the time — a hotel can usually fix a room problem that night and can do nothing about it a month later — and tell us as soon as you reasonably can, so that we can help while it still matters.
Formal complaints should be sent to support@jackpotsworldtours.com with Complaint in the subject line and your booking reference in the body, within 30 days of the end of your travel. We acknowledge within one working day, give you a named contact, and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.
20.Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as our services or the law change. The current version is always at this address with the effective date shown at the top. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones in force when that booking was confirmed, so a later amendment does not change a trip you have already paid for.
21.General
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business, without affecting your rights. These terms, together with the documents referred to in section 2, are the entire agreement between us on their subject matter. Nothing in these terms gives any third party a right to enforce them.
22.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of a booking made through us are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, save that nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the benefit of any protection or forum available under the consumer protection law applicable to them.
