JackpotsWorld Tours & Travels is a travel agency based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We book flights, hotels and tour packages for travellers across India — leisure trips, family holidays, and the work travel that has to be booked this afternoon.

What we do

We keep the list of services short on purpose. Flights, hotels and tour packages are what we book, and they are what we know well enough to answer a question about without putting anyone on hold. If a request falls outside those three, we say so rather than taking the booking and learning on your trip.

Our website carries live fares and room availability so you can search and compare on your own. Behind it sits a team that can be reached by phone or email at any hour — which matters far more on the day a flight is rescheduled than it does on the day it is booked.

How we work

We quote the full price. The fare or room rate you see on a confirmation includes our service fee, taxes and any charges the airline or hotel levies at the time of booking. Where an amount can only be collected later — a hotel resort fee, a baggage charge paid at the airport, a local tax due at check-in — we tell you before you pay, not after.

We book with the supplier's rules attached. An airline ticket or a hotel reservation carries the fare rules and cancellation terms of the airline or hotel that issued it. We send those terms with the confirmation so the conditions of your booking are in your inbox rather than somewhere on a supplier's website. We answer. Support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on +91 9177847799 and at support@jackpotsworldtours.com, including Sundays and public holidays. Anything involving travel inside the next 24 hours goes to the front of the queue; everything else is answered in the order it arrives.

We handle your details carefully. Booking travel means handing over passport numbers, dates of birth and contact details. We collect what a booking actually requires, share it with the airline or hotel that needs it to issue the reservation, and nothing more. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is collected and who receives it.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partners. Card and bank details are entered on the payment partner's own secure page and are never stored on our servers. There is more detail on Payment Security, including the things we will never ask you for.
